RAGBRAI Day Minus Four

I'm obsessive about first-aid kits, but it comes from too many experiences where I needed something I didn't have.  Given that RAGBRAI is a supported ride, and that there will be (literally) more than ten thousand other riders out there with us, I'm taking it easy - I'm not packing instant ice-packs, suture material, or splints. 

I've broken the first aid supplies out into:


On The Bike - Crash Pack
4x4 gauze pads
4" rolled gauze
2" rolled gauze

q-tips

On The Bike - Meds
advil
excedrin
immodium
antacids
benadryl
benadryl stick for bug bites, etc.

In Camp/Resupplies

pepto bismol
tylenol pm
aleve
aspirin
cortizone
solarcaine
aloe
biofreeze
desitin


So the first-aid gear is packed.  Here's hoping we don't have to use it!
