RAGBRAI Day Two - Magic

So as we'd moved through Sac City and were taking one last break in the shade, we experienced this year's first example of the famous Iowa hospitality.  Marge Feilmeier invited us into the air conditioning at Jackson Medical Supply.  We had a lovely visit and were so appreciative of her time (and water and ac)!  It turns out that she and her husband will be visiting DC in September and we hope to see her again then.

When something unpredictable and awesome happens on the Appalachian Trail, hikers call it "trail magic", so this would be RAGBRAI magic except that everyone keeps telling us that all Iowans are this amazing.
